We’re Ryan and Emily, the osteopaths behind our family-run home clinic in Bishop’s Stortford. We both see adults for a wide range of muscle and joint concerns. Emily also offers help for babies and children, as well as pre- and postnatal care, using cranial-sacral techniques where appropriate. Together, we have treated thousands of patients. We take time to listen, explain what we find and make a plan with you.

I offer the same broad osteopathic care for adults as Ryan, including support for back and neck pain, joint and muscle concerns, sports injuries and movement problems. Alongside this, I work with babies and children, provide osteopathic care during pregnancy and after birth, and can incorporate cranial-sacral osteopathy where appropriate. Every appointment is tailored to the individual, with time taken to understand your concerns, answer your questions, and explain each stage of your care. My aim is for you or your child to feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely listened to, while receiving personalised treatment and practical advice to help you move forward with confidence.
